Four Cylinder Rules
This divisions rules are
designed with the intent to allowing
rookie drivers the opportunity to enjoy
the Short Track racing experience.
This class is open to
anyone 14 years old or older. Minors
MUST have a signed parent release
Drivers competing in this
division will not be eligible to race in
any other division at Chemung
Speedrome except INEX Legends!!
Anyone who is
running in a premier class (Modified,
SST, Weekly Modified, Super Modified, Super
Stock, Street Stock etc..) is not
eligible to run in this class.

Body and Chassis:
1. A maximum

weighted with driver. Car weight must
be posted on left side of hood.
Competitive weight equalizer-
after 2 consecutive feature wins OR if a
car is over competitive for it's class,
determined by Track Officials, Track
Officials may have the competitor add
weight to their car.
The amount of weight AND the location it
will be placed will be on an individual
basis determined by Track Officials.
Track Officials decisions are final.
TIRES AND WHEELS:
1. No offset
wheels side to side. No staggered tire side
2. No widening
